When Do You Need a Floorplan?

Floorplans are commonly required when:

Our floorplans are designed for illustrative purposes only. They’re perfect for property transactions and general layout understanding, but they should not be used as substitutes for technical architectural drawings or blueprints.

Floorplan Pricing

Up to 1200 sq. ft: £90+ (fixed rate)
Over 1200 sq. ft: £0.05 per additional sq. ft
All prices exclude VAT.

Important Information

We provide floorplans only alongside an EPC assessment.
If you require a floorplan without an EPC, additional fees will apply.

How Do We Invoice for the Floorplan and EPC?

After the site visit, we complete the assessment and prepare a draft copy of your EPC.
We send the draft EPC to you along with the invoice.
Once payment is received, we:
- Lodge the EPC on the official government register.
- Send you the final EPC certificate along with your floorplans (if requested).
